Showcasing the many hop varieties from the world over, we’ve brewed up a range of pale ales and IPAs that display the numerous flavours and aromas as presented by each hop.

Everybody’s favourite American hop (after Citra!) makes a comeback this week in our beautifully balanced, wonderfully hoppy Moasic pale ale.

Mosaic hops are prized for their complex and multifaceted aroma and flavour.  This pale ale is fruity, citrusy, and tropical with some herbal notes. Expect tangerine, grapefruit, blueberry, papaya, mango, and even some piney and earthy undertones.
As you can imagine, the pale ale is super crushable and fantastically fruity!
